Partex Holding BV is the parent company of the Partex Group entities and is responsible for the general management of the Partex Group. PHBV has its registered office at Claude Debussylaan 10, 1082 MD, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. It holds directly or indirectly all the participations of the Group. PHBV defines the strategy, controls the execution and reports to the shareholder.

In the Amsterdam office, the company performs some of the Group’s functions, namely accounting and reporting, treasury,  corporate banking, taxation, investment management, budget construction and monitoring, as well as other financial matters.
